  The warranty period for engines and frame is 12 months since the 

date of first purchased,or 5,000kms whichever comes first.  The 

warranty period for other parts is 3 months since the first 

purchased. If there are defective parts caused under normal usage 

condition, the Manufacturer will send replaced parts at free of 

charge to the Distributor with container loading accordingly. If the 

defected parts are caused by un-proper usage or wrong maintenance, 

the Manufacturer will not be responsible for this defection claimed. 

The distributor has the responsibility to offer the claim report 

with detailed pictures and videos if need to the manufacturer for 

analysis and defective parts upon request. The manufacture agrees to 

supply parts at a discounted rate to the distributor for stock and 

supply on demand to enable the best possible customer support to 

dealers.
